 oy your dinner with a chef made fresh margarita!\nThe Festive Menu:\n\nThe 
 Starter: Refreshing Shrimp Ceviche\n\nLearn the "cold-cooking" method of ma
 rinating fresh shrimp in bright citrus juices. We’ll focus on knife skill
 s as we dice crisp cucumbers\, red onions\, and jalapeños for a zesty\, li
 ght start to our meal.\n\n\nThe Main: Sizzling Seared Skirt Steak with "The
  Works"\n\nMaster the perfect hard sear on a cast-iron skillet for juicy\, 
 tender skirt steak. You’ll create an fresh Pico and hand-mashed guacamole
  to build the ultimate plate.\n\n\nThe Side: Zesty Cilantro Lime Rice\n\nA 
 lesson in aromatics! We’ll steam fluffy long-grain rice and finish it wit
 h a burst of fresh-squeezed lime and finely chopped garden cilantro. (Chef 
 Will make)\n\n\nThe Dessert: Dulce de Leche Cream Cups\n\nWe’re ending on
  a sweet note with silky cream cups swirled with rich\, caramelized dulce d
 e leche. You'll learn how to balance the deep caramel flavors with a hint o
 f sea salt and a touch of whipped cream. Chef's Special:\n\n\n\nChef will 
 be shaking up Signature Margaritas with fresh lime and agave to pair perfec
 tly with your spicy and savory creations! Your meal will also include vario

 nWhat To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with other students i
 n a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.\n\
 nYou will work with other students in groups of 4\, sharing workstations an
 d equipment.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted above\nHands-on 
 classes are limited to 12-16 students\nYou will be standing\, cooking and w
 orking for most of the class\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes an
 d have long hair tied back\nWe will serve water\, soda or 2 glasses of wine
  with your meal (or margerita)\n\nMis En Place recipes are developed using 
 common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in t
