 n the Menu:\n\nClassic California Rolls: A great start to master the inside
 -out rolling technique.\nSpicy Tuna Rolls: Learn how to create a flavorful\
 , spicy filling and roll it like a pro.\nFresh Salmon Nigiri: Discover the 
 art of shaping rice and topping it with pristine slices of fish.\nEdamame: 
 A simple\, satisfying classic to kick off our sushi adventure.\nAdditional 
 items such as crab stick\, cream cheese\, cucumber\, and jalapeno to make y
 our own rolls.\n\nWhat To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with
  other students in a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional che
 f instructors.\n\nYou will work with other students in groups of 4\, sharin
 g workstations and equipment.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted
  above\nHands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students\nYou will be standin
 g\, cooking and working for most of the class\nPlease wear comfortable\, cl
 osed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back\nWe will serve water\, soda or 
 2 glasses of wine or sake with your meal.\n\nMis En Place recipes are devel
 oped using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be spe
 cified in the menu titles\, including various fruits and vegetables\, nuts\
 , meats\, spices\, wheat flours\, etc. If you have a food allergy\, please
