 is hands-on session\, we will transform the studio into a Spanish tavern. W
 e’ll focus on the "Small Plate" philosophy—learning how to pack intense
  flavor into a few bites. This class is perfect for mastering quick-fire te
 chniques\, knife skills\, and the balance of salty\, acidic\, and sweet.\nT
 he Menu: 5 Light & Vibrant Tapas\n\n Pan con Tomate with Jamón Ibérico Th
 e soul of Spanish tapas. We will learn the traditional method of grating fr
 esh tomatoes with garlic and extra-virgin olive oil onto toasted rustic bre
 ad\, topped with paper-thin shavings of premium Jamón.\n Gambas al Ajillo 
 (Sizzling Garlic Shrimp) A classic "show" dish. Students will learn how to 
 infuse olive oil with garlic and chili without burning it\, achieving perfe
 ctly plump\, pink shrimp in under three minutes.\n Dátiles Rellenos con Ma
 nchego y Jamón: This is the literal Spanish name (Dates stuffed with Manch
 ego and Ham).\n Citrus-Marinated Manchego with Fresh Thyme A bright\, aroma
 tic way to serve Spain’s most famous cheese. We will slice aged Manchego 
 into triangles and marinate them in a blend of orange zest\, high-quality o
 live oil\, and bruised thyme sprigs.\n Whipped Goat Cheese with Honey & Toa
 sted Walnuts A lighter alternative to heavy cheeses. We’ll whip goat chee
 se until airy and spread it onto crisp baguettes. We'll finish the dish wit
 h a drizzle of rosemary-infused honey and walnuts for a satisfying crunch.\
 n\nWhat To Expect: In our classes you'll work together with other students
  in a fun\, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.\
 n\nYou will work with other students in groups of 4\, sharing workstations 
 and equipment.\nClasses are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted above\nHands-o
 n classes are limited to 12-16 students\nYou will be standing\, cooking and
  working for most of the class\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes 
 and have long hair tied back\nWe will serve water\, soda or 2 glasses of wi
 ne with your meal.\n\nMis En Place recipes are developed using common cooki
 ng and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titl
 es\, including various fruits and vegetables\, nuts\, meats\, spices\, whea
