SUMMARY:The Coastal Table: A Persian Mediterranean Feast
DESCRIPTION:Escape the everyday and join us for a vibrant\, hands-on journe
 y through the bright and bold flavors of the Mediterranean coast. In this c
 lass\, we’ll master the art of "Mise en Place" as we prepare a four-cours
 e feast that balances zesty citrus\, fresh garden herbs\, and rustic cookin
 g techniques. Whether you’re learning to achieve the perfect golden sear 
 on halloumi or whisking together a traditional emulsion\, you’ll leave wi
 th the confidence to host your own sun-drenched dinner party.\nThe Menu\n\n
  Blistered Tomato & Halloumi Skewers with Gremolata A perfect introduction 
 to high-heat searing. We’ll thread salty halloumi cheese with cherry toma
 toes\, roast them until they "pop\," and finish with a zesty Italian herb-a
 nd-lemon condiment.\n Hand-Stretched Flatbreads with Garlic & Rosemary Usin
 g an adaptation of our 60-minute dough technique\, students will learn to s
 tretch\, season\, and bake rustic flatbreads. This is a great "hands-on" le
 sson in dough elasticity and heat management.\n Lemon-Herb Roasted Chicken 
 with Crispy Smashed Potatoes The centerpiece of our feast. We’ll focus on
  the chicken things for full flavor and roasting potatoes that are fluffy o
 n the inside but shatteringly crisp on the outside.\n Honey-Drizzled Greek 
 Yogurt Panna Cotta with Toasted Pistachios A lighter\, easier twist on the 
 classic Italian dessert. We’ll use Greek yogurt for a pleasant tang and l
 earn how to bloom gelatin to create a silky dessert. \n\nWhat To Expect: I
 n our classes you'll work together with other students in a fun\, hands-on 
 environment led by our professional chef instructors.\n\nYou will work with
  other students in groups of 4\, sharing workstations and equipment.\nClass
 es are 2 hours\, unless otherwise noted above\nHands-on classes are limited
  to 12-16 students\nYou will be standing\, cooking and working for most of 
 the class\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes and have long hair ti
 ed back\nWe will serve water\, soda or 2 glasses of wine with your meal.\n\
 nMis En Place recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredi
 ents that may or may not be specified in the menu titles\, including variou
 s fruits and vegetables\, nuts\, meats\, spices\, wheat flours\, etc. If yo
 u have a food allergy\, please check with Mis En Place Cooking Studio befor
