 tipasto: Blistered Tomato & Burrata Crostini Charred summer tomatoes tossed
  with garlic\, cold-pressed olive oil\, and fresh basil\, served over grill

  Course: Pan-Seared Shrimp over Linguine al Limone Perfectly seared\, garli

 s\, unless otherwise noted above\nHands-on classes are limited to 12-16 stu
 dents\nYou will be standing\, cooking and working for most of the class\nPl
 ease wear comfortable\, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back\nWe w
 ill serve water\, soda or 2 glasses of wine with your meal.\n\nMis En Place
  recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may
  or may not be specified in the menu titles\, including various fruits and 
 vegetables\, nuts\, meats\, spices\, wheat flours\, etc. If you have a food
