 ow about cast iron cookware. You'll learn how to pick out the right skillet
 \, season it from scratch\, clean it properly (yes\, you can use soap!)\, a
 nd re-season it after cooking so it lasts for generations. Once you’ve ma
 stered skillet care\, we’ll put these heavy-duty pans to work creating an
  incredible\, user-friendly menu from high-heat searing to skillet baking.

 ds-on classes are limited to 12-16 students\nYou will be standing\, cooking
  and working for most of the class\nPlease wear comfortable\, closed-toe sh
 oes and have long hair tied back\n\nMis En Place recipes are developed usin
 g common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in
  the menu titles\, including various fruits and vegetables\, nuts\, meats\,
  spices\, wheat flours\, etc. If you have a food allergy\, please check wit
