Slàinte Mhath! (Good Health!)

Join us for a truly unforgettable evening as we welcome celebrated Chef and author Judith McLoughlin (author of Shamrock and the Peach) for a special demonstration class honoring the legacy and flavors of Scotland’s most famous poet, Robert Burns.

Chef Judith is known for her warm, engaging teaching style and her expertise in fusing traditional Scottish recipes with a touch of Southern grace. In this elegant demonstration, you’ll learn the techniques behind rich, comforting winter dishes that define Scottish holiday feasting.

You will watch Chef Judith prepare each course step-by-step, share her fascinating stories and history behind the dishes, and then savor generous tasting portions of every item on the menu. The evening will be capped off with a “wee dram” of fine Scotch Whisky, perfectly complementing our final course.

This is a seated, tasting, and educational experience—perfect for a cold winter’s night!
