About The Owner
Tiera Aguillon, owner of Mise En Place Cooking Studio, has always been passionate about food and entertaining. Her culinary journey began with family travels that sparked a love for diverse flavors and cultures. This led her to train at Le Cordon Bleu and hone her skills at prestigious establishments like Sea Island resort and the Ritz-Carlton.
Tiera's passion for teaching has taken her from Le Culinare and Whole Foods to Cobb County high schools. Now, she's excited to share her expertise and love of cooking with you at Mise En Place! Join her and discover the joy of creating delicious food and drinks in a fun, welcoming environment.
