In this hands-on, upscale class, we’ll teach you the art of crafting elegant, yet effortless, appetizers that are perfect for impromptu gatherings or as a dazzling start to your dinner party. You’ll learn professional techniques and clever shortcuts to create show-stopping small bites that look and taste like they took all day.
As we sit to enjoy our appetizers you’ll be treated to a 2 glasses of champagne.
On the Menu (Subject to Change Based on Market Availability):
- Elevated Baked Brie with a Seasonal Chutney: Go beyond the basic with a lesson on creating a gourmet baked brie. We’ll show you how to score and infuse the cheese with a homemade, spiced fruit chutney and then wrap it in flaky puff pastry for a truly impressive presentation.
- Smoked Salmon & Caviar Blinis: Master the classic pairing of smoked salmon and crème fraîche by making delicate, from-scratch blinis. You’ll learn how to top them with luxurious smoked salmon, a dollop of crème fraîche, and a final flourish of fine caviar.
- Prosciutto-Wrapped Figs with Balsamic Glaze: Discover how to transform simple ingredients into an elegant bite. You’ll learn to perfectly wrap sweet figs with savory prosciutto and finish with a rich, syrupy balsamic glaze.
- Whipped Feta Crostini with Roasted Grapes & Honey: A perfect balance of savory and sweet. We’ll show you how to whip feta cheese to a creamy, light consistency and spread it on toasted crostini, then top with sweet, roasted grapes and a drizzle of honey.

What To Expect:Â In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
