Important Information About Food Allergies at Mise En Place Cooking Studio
At Mise En Place, we want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable cooking experience. To help us achieve this, we ask that you inform us of any food allergies at the time of booking by emailing us at info@misenplacestudio.com.
Our classes utilize a variety of common ingredients, including shellfish, seafood, fruits, vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, and wheat flours. While we list key ingredients in the class descriptions, it's not always possible to include every single item.
Here's how we handle allergies:
- Individual Modifications: When you notify us about an allergy, we'll alert the instructor and kitchen staff. They will do their best to modify the recipe for you using suitable alternatives.
- Shared Space: Please note that due to the nature of our classes, we cannot completely remove an allergen from the class if other participants are using it.
- Private Parties: For private events, we are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions by removing specific ingredients or foods upon request.
Important Note: Please be aware that nuts are present in our cooking studio.
