- Choose Your Date: We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. We have many times to choose from in our studio, making it easy to find a time that works for you and your group.
- Select Your Culinary Adventure: Browse our exciting selection of cooking and baking menus. From mastering classic techniques to exploring global flavors, there's something to tempt every palate.
- Relax and Enjoy: Our professional chef-instructors will guide you through a fully interactive experience. You'll learn new skills, create delicious dishes from scratch, and savor the rewards of your culinary creations in a fun, social setting. Meals are served with your choice of either two glasses of wine, beer or soda.

* All pricing is dependent on number in party and menu selection.
- Private events start at $1275 for up to 10 guests. Each additional person is an additional $115 with a maximum of 16 guests.
- All events have a $50.00 flat booking fee.
- For over 12 guests, a second chef is required. There is a $450 fee for an additional chef.
- A non-refundable 50% deposit of the minimum cost is due at booking. Final headcount and balance are due 48 hours prior to your event.
- Gratuity is not required but is highly encouraged! Our staff works very hard to make your event a memorable one.
- Handmade Pasta: Learn to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, then transform it into delicate tagliatelle.
- Classic Pesto: Craft a vibrant pesto with fresh basil, pine nuts, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.
- Beef Marinara: a classic recipe of hearty tomatoes, beef and Italian spices
- Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta: Toast slices of crusty bread and top them with a flavorful sun-dried tomato and garlic mixture.
- Tiramisu: Layer creamy mascarpone cheese, coffee-soaked ladyfingers, and cocoa powder for a classic Italian treat.

Kids' Cooking Parties: Drop-Off Fun for Budding Chefs!
Looking for a unique and exciting party experience for your child? Our drop-off cooking parties are the perfect way to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion!
Here's the scoop:
- Ages: Designed for young chefs aged 8 and up.
- Hands-On Cooking: Kids will have a blast creating delicious dishes from scratch, learning valuable culinary skills while having fun.
- Delicious Feast or Tasty Treats: Depending on your chosen menu, the kids can enjoy a meal they've prepared together or take home a box of freshly baked goodies along with and apron and recipe packet. We will provide a signature drink to go along with your chosen theme as well as provide water and/or juice of your choosing.

Party Size: We can accommodate up to 14 budding chefs!
- For groups of 10 or fewer children, the price is $750.
- Each additional child is $70 per person.
- A $50 booking fee applies to all events.
For our younger chefs (under 8):
We offer engaging parent-and-child parties! Little ones can team up with their grown-up for a fun-filled culinary adventure. These parties have a maximum capacity of 6 child-adult pairs (12 guests total).

We will provide 2 glasses of either red wine or white wine per guest or 2 cans of beer. Guest are not permitted to bring outside alcohol or liquor into establishment. We also provide water and soda.

Your event date must be reserved with a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the balance due 48 hours prior to your event. Payments can be made over the phone with a credit card.
Parking for Mis en Place Cooking Studio is available behind the Roswell Shopping Center and guest can make there way to the front door.
We do not offer refunds. A final headcount is required 48 hours prior to all private events. After initial booking, a change of date is subject to a $100 change fee.
Please select menu within 10 days of booking. If you book event less than 10 days out, menu selection must be done 5 days in advance.
Regarding Scheduling and Potential Delays
We understand that sometimes things don't go exactly as planned. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please note the following:
- Promptness is appreciated: We kindly request that all guests arrive on time for their scheduled class.
- Late arrivals: If a class is delayed due to circumstances outside of Mise En Place Cooking Studio's control, a fee of $100 will be applied for every 30 minutes of delay.
- Evening events: For evening events, we kindly ask that you depart no later than one hour after the scheduled end time of your class.
