Website Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mise En Place Cooking Studio! These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, as well as any interactions you have with us, whether online, in our store, or elsewhere. By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your enrollment up to 48 hours beforehand and receive a credit towards a future class. We don't offer refunds.

In-Person Classes & COVID-19 Policy

  • Class Size & Safety: Our classes have a maximum of 16 students for hands on classes/ 24 for demo classes and are held in our commercial kitchens. Masking is optional.
  • Partner Work: Except for series courses, you'll be working with a partner. In Date Night classes, each pair works together at their own station.
  • Health & Hygiene: Please stay home if you have any cold or flu symptoms. We provide hand sanitizer and require handwashing upon arrival. Closed-toe shoes and comfortable attire are required.
  • Cleanliness: All cookware and kitchen areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after each class.
  • General Hygiene: We encourage everyone to follow good hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing, coughing/sneezing into your elbow, and avoiding touching your face.

Cancellation Policy

We don't offer refunds for purchased classes. However, you can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a class credit. This is because we're a reservation-based school and need to purchase ingredients and schedule staff accordingly.

Series Courses - Make-Up Policy

  • Teen Camps: We don't offer make-up classes for Teen Camps.
  • Adult Weekly Series: You can receive a credit for one missed class to use towards another class.

Outside Alcohol

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all, we kindly request that you do not bring any outside alcohol to our classes. We provide a selection of beverages for purchase, and our instructors often incorporate alcoholic drinks into the class curriculum. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
