Private Event

Step into the pass and experience the energy, flavor, and passion of a real kitchen! Inspired by the hit show The Bear, this fun, hands-on workshop takes you through the delicious evolution of a restaurant menu—no professional experience required. You’ll master fundamental cooking techniques at your own pace: simple knife work, high-heat pan-searing, quick pan sauces, and sweet pastry glazes. Put on your apron, grab a towel, call out “Behind!”, and join us for an exciting, immersive night of cooking, tasting, and living the line-cook life!

The Menu

  • The Family Meal Starter: Elevated Italian Beef Sliders

A homage to where it all began: tender shredded beef, rich jus, homemade spicy pickled giardiniera, and melted provolone pressed on warm rolls.

  • The Crispy Side: Garlic & Herb Roasted Cast-Iron Potatoes

Master high-heat roasting to achieve ultra-crispy edges and fluffy centers, tossed in brown butter, smashed garlic, and fresh herbs to pair with our main.

  • The Main Course: Pan-Seared Chicken Cutlets with Lemon-Caper Pan Sauce

Practice pounding cutlets for even cooking, high-heat pan-searing, and deglazing the pan to create a glossy, bright citrus sauce from scratch.

The Sweet Finish: Deconstructed Cannoli Cups with Chocolate & Pistachio

  • The Dish: Crisp pastry cups filled with sweet whipped ricotta-mascarpone cream, mini dark chocolate chips, orange zest, and crushed pistachios.
