Escape to the romantic hills of Tuscany without leaving Roswell! This hands-on date night class is your perfect opportunity to cook side-by-side with your partner mastering classic Italian dishes that are as fun to make as they are delicious to eat. You’ll be greeted with a light refreshment upon arrival to kick off your culinary journey!

On the Menu:

• We’ll begin our Italian adventure with Crispy Prosciutto-Wrapped Melon Skewers, a sweet and savory start.
• For the main event, you’ll craft Perfectly Seared Chicken Saltimbocca with Sage and Prosciutto, a flavorful and elegant dish.
• Alongside, we’ll prepare Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Baby Potatoes and Sautéed Seasonal Greens with Lemon, complementing our main course beautifully.
• And for a sweet, shareable finale, indulge in a classic Decadent Chocolate Lava Cake with Raspberry Coulis.

What To Expect: 

In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
• Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students
• You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• We will serve water, soda or 2 glasses of wine with your meal.
