You and your partner will journey through the heartwarming traditions of an Italian Christmas, learning to craft classic, elegant dishes that are as delicious as they are celebratory. Spend quality time together, creating beautiful memories and a feast worthy of any holiday table, all culminating in a perfect Tiramisu dessert.
On the Menu:
- Antipasto Caprese Salad: Begin your feast with vibrant skewers featuring marinated artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, mozzarella balls, and cured meats – a delightful start to your culinary journey.
- Homemade Seafood Linguine with White Wine & Garlic: Dive into a classic take on “Feast of the Seven Fishes” tradition by learning to prepare a delicate yet flavorful seafood pasta with shrimp, muscles, and clams. Perfect for a Christmas Eve celebration.
- Braised Short Ribs (Demo) with Creamy Polenta: Master the art of slow-braised, fork-tender short ribs in a rich, savory sauce, served atop a luxurious bed of creamy, cheesy polenta – a truly comforting and indulgent main course. We will demo the short rib but make the polenta as a class.
- Garlic & Rosemary Roasted Brussels Sprouts: Elevate a simple vegetable with the aromatic flavors of garlic and rosemary, roasted to crispy perfection.
- Classic Tiramisu: Conclude your Italian Christmas feast by crafting this iconic, layered coffee-infused dessert. You’ll learn the secrets to its rich mascarpone cream and delicate ladyfingers, ensuring a sweet, triumphant finish to your meal.

What To Expect:Â In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- We will serve water, soda or 2 glasses of wine or with your meal
