Who says Halloween food is just for kids? Join us in the studio for a wildly fun, flavorful, and elevated culinary workshop where classic street food favorites get a spooky, gourmet makeover! We’re taking iconic global street eats—tacos, sliders, loaded fries, and bao—and mashing them up with bold autumn flavors, dark aesthetic twists, and serious chef techniques.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to transform ordinary comfort foods into high-impact, restaurant-quality party dishes. Under the guidance of our chef instructor, you’ll master high-heat searing, house-made quick pickles, artisanal sauces, and creative plating techniques that prove spooky food can be as sophisticated as it is fun!

On the Menu:
“Goblin” Green Curry Meatball Skewers: Juicy pork or turkey meatballs simmered in a creamy, fragrant Thai green coconut curry sauce, skewered with fresh basil leaves.
Charred “Fire-Demon” Chicken Satay Bites: chicken seared and coated coated in a rich peanut-coconut glaze, garnished with black sesame seeds and fresh red chili slices.
Smoky Street Corn (Elote) Dip with Blue Corn Chips: Warm, creamy roasted corn dip topped with cotija cheese, smoked paprika, and lime, served with dark blue corn tortilla chips for dipping.
“Back Heart ” Mini Empanadas
Flaky pastry hand-filled with a dark, savory beef filling serves with fresh chimichurri sauce.
Poison Apple Caramel & Rye Pudding Cups
Individual ramekins of warm, spiced rye-and-apple bread pudding soaked in a buttery custard, drizzled with a dark salted bourbon-caramel sauce.
