Parisian Perfection: French Macarons Made Simple
Think French Macarons are too intimidating? Think again! Join us for a fun, focused session where we demystify the French Method of macaron making. We’ll guide you through every step of the process—from whipping the perfect meringue to achieving that flawless, smooth finish.
In this class, you will:
- Bake: Master the classic macaron shell from scratch.
- Fill: Whip up a decadent Dark Chocolate Ganache.
- Create: Customize your batch with a variety of assorted flavors and seasonal fillings.
Whether you’re a baking enthusiast or a complete beginner, you’ll walk away with the skills to impress at your next dinner party (and plenty of macarons to share!).
What To Expect:Â In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will work with other students in groups of 4 sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2-3 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- Hands-on classes are limited to 12 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will get with your meal:2 glasses of wine or champagne or water/soda
