Preserving the Harvest: Cozy Fall Canning Workshop

Stock your pantry with the warm, vibrant flavors of autumn! In this special hands-on preserving class, we’re capturing the best of the season so you can enjoy (or gift) homemade goodness all winter long. Joining us to lead the workshop is Jesse Boland from the Young Farmers Association, who will guide us step-by-step through foolproof stovetop cooking and safe, reliable water-bath canning techniques while Chef Tiera will each you hoe to make the fall harvest goodies.

You’ll roll up your sleeves to simmer, season, and seal three iconic fall favorites to take home:

  • Spiced Harvest Pumpkin & Apple Butter: A velvety, spice-infused spread that tastes like Thanksgiving morning on toast.
  • Fireside Roasted Butternut Squash & Red Pepper Bisque: A rich, comforting, water-bath-safe savory soup ready to warm you up on a chilly evening.
  • Cranberry, Pear & Ginger Holiday Relish: A bright, jewel-toned sweet-and-tart condiment that belongs on every holiday table and charcuterie board.

Whether you’re brand new to canning or looking to brush up on safe preservation science, you’ll leave with your own sealed jars, expert confidence, and recipes you’ll use year after year.
