In this hands-on class, we’ll transport you to the sun-drenched streets of Barcelona with a delicious spread of tapas and refreshing sangria. Get ready to chop, sizzle, and sip your way through a fun-filled night of Spanish culinary adventure. We’ll show you how to create classic tapas that are perfect for sharing, and mix up sangria that’ll have you saying “Salud!”

Recipes:

1. Patatas Bravas with Spicy Aioli: Crispy potatoes with a fiery, creamy sauce – a tapas staple!
2. Gambas al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp): Sizzling shrimp in a fragrant garlic and olive oil sauce.
3. Tortilla Española (Spanish Omelette): A classic potato and onion omelette, perfect for sharing.
4. Albondigas en Salsa de Tomate (Meatballs in Tomato Sauce): Tender meatballs simmered in a rich tomato sauce.
5. Pan con Tomate (Tomato Bread): Simple yet delicious toasted bread rubbed with ripe tomatoes and garlic.
6. Sangria Roja (Red Sangria): A refreshing blend of red wine, fruit, and spices, perfect for a warm evening.

What To Expect:

 In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
• Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students
• You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• You will get with your meal:2 glasses of homemade sangria, water, or soda
