The Coastal Cookout Menu

  • The Main: The Ultimate New England Lobster Roll Sweet, succulent lobster meat tossed lightly in a delicate lemon-herb chive dressing, piled high into a split-top brioche bun that has been griddled to golden, buttery perfection.
  • The Side: Cape-Style Sweet Corn & Bacon Chowder A rich, comforting, smoky cream soup loaded with fresh summer sweet corn, tender red potatoes, and crispy thick-cut applewood bacon.
  • The Crunch: Classic Vinegar-Base Coastal Slaw A bright, refreshing, and extra-crunchy mix of shredded cabbage, carrots, and scallions tossed in a tangy, celery-seed vinaigrette to perfectly balance the rich main course.
  • The Dolce: Wild Blueberry & Lemon Cobbler A warm, bubbling bake of sweet wild blueberries and bright lemon zest, topped with a golden, flaky, buttermilk biscuit crust and served with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream.
