In this hands-on class, we’re taking beloved street tacos to the next level, focusing on fresh ingredients, authentic techniques, and bold flavors. You’ll master crafting incredible fillings and zesty salsas that will transform your taco night forever. We’ll kick things off with a light snack to get your taste buds ready, and throughout the class, we’ll be shaking up and enjoying our very own house margaritas!

On the Menu:

• Carne Asada Tacos: Perfectly grilled marinated steak, thinly sliced and bursting with flavor.
• Al Pastor Tacos: Succulent pork marinated in chilies and pineapple, cooked to juicy perfection.
• Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Mango Salsa: Zesty, tender shrimp paired with a sweet and fiery mango salsa for a burst of fresh flavor.
• Pico de Gallo: A classic, fresh, and vibrant tomato salsa.
• Salsa Verde: A tangy and bright green salsa, perfect for adding a kick.

What To Expect: 

In our classes you’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

• You will work with other students in groups of 4, sharing workstations and equipment.
• Classes are 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
• Hands-on classes are limited to 12-16 students
• You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
• We will serve water, soda or 2 glasses of wine or 2 house made margaritas with your meal or a combinations of 1/1 totaling 2 drinks total.

Mis En Place recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc. If you have a food allergy, please check with Mis En Place Cooking Studio before attending the class. Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
